Liberty Avenue Extension

Tagish Engineering was commissioned to design, tender, manage and inspect the construction of this 330m road extension project. Red Deer County has an existing bridge located along the adjacent Twp Rd 375 that requires replacement. This initiated the need for a new one, along with a new access road to a proposed development North of the project site.

The Tagish team was responsible for all steps of the process from conceptual design through to post construction engineering. Other services such as coordination with the local utility companies, public notification, Environmental Services (Wetland Assessment, WAIF Application, Nest Sweeps), Land Acquisitions, Bridge Consultants and Legal Survey for Subdivision layout. Construction inspection and quality control were also provided by Tagish Engineering on this project. Successful coordination with multiple Sub-consultants was the key to the success of this project.
